Upcoming Contract Deadlines
Calculated live from each transaction's contract date — earnest money, inspection, and TRR deadlines. Check a phase off in the transaction and it drops off here automatically.

Today's Connects
A fresh set of clients comes up each weekday (Mon–Fri), cycling through your whole book about every 6–8 weeks — plus automatic 1-week / 1-month / 6-month / 12-month check-ins after a closing. Tap Skip for anyone you're not reaching out to today.
This Week
Check off each box as you go this week. For Connect, jot down who you reached out to — pick an existing client or just type a name.

Announcements
Everything about a client and a deal in one place. Jump to what you need:
Start here Two minutes
The hub runs in your browser at hub.c7realty.net and as an app on your phone. They are the same thing with the same data — use whichever is in front of you.
- Sign in the way you always do: Sign in with Google, or your email and password.
- You should stay signed in from then on. If it logs you out on its own, that's a bug — report it.
- On your phone, install from the TestFlight link Christina sent. You do not need a redemption code. If a screen asks for one, close it and open the link again.
Your day The part that actually moves your business
The Dashboard is the opening screen: tasks due, contract deadlines coming up, and how your week is going.
- Today's Connects — the hub picks people you haven't spoken to in a while. Call them, log it, done. If someone isn't worth a call today, skip them and they come back round later.
- The weekly checklist — tick things off as you go. It clears itself when the new week starts; you don't have to reset anything.
- Your CIMS numbers — Connect, Invite, Market, Serve. These come from your checklist ticks and your completed tasks in those categories.
Contacts Your database
- Open a contact to see everything you've ever logged with them — calls, texts, emails, notes.
- Log a touch whenever you speak to someone. That's what drives Today's Connects and keeps people from falling through.
- Contacts added in the last two weeks that you haven't spoken to yet show a New chip, so nobody sits unattended.
- Spouses and partners can be linked so you see one shared history instead of two halves.
Transactions & deadlines
Every deal you have going, with its contract dates, its checklist, and its financials. Offer requests and seller intakes turn into transactions and move off those lists once you convert them.
Tasks & brain dump
- Tasks — due today, upcoming, and everything else. Tick them off and they feed your weekly numbers.
- Brain dump — somewhere to empty your head without deciding anything. Type or dictate a run of thoughts and the hub splits them into separate items you can turn into tasks later.
Siri iPhone app only
For the car between showings. Say "in C7 Hub" at the end or Siri won't know which app you mean.
- "Hey Siri, log a connect in C7 Hub"
- "Hey Siri, add a task in C7 Hub"
- "Hey Siri, brain dump in C7 Hub"
- "Hey Siri, what's on today in C7 Hub"
- "Hey Siri, log an invite in C7 Hub"
- "Hey Siri, log marketing in C7 Hub"
- "Hey Siri, log a serve in C7 Hub"
Importing your transactions Optional
If you have closed deals in a spreadsheet, ask Christina for the import template. A few things that save trouble:
- Only Property Address and Purchase Price are required. Leave anything else blank.
- Upload a .csv — in Google Sheets that's File → Download → Comma Separated Values. An Excel or Sheets file won't load.
- Type commission and split as plain numbers (3, 80), not as percentages.
- Name only links up if it matches a contact you already have, exactly. Otherwise leave it blank and link the deal afterwards.
When you're stuck
- Report it. In TestFlight, take a screenshot and it offers to send feedback. Or just text Christina. Say what phone you have and what you were doing — "I don't know what I tapped" is a perfectly good bug report.
- Let someone look. Under Account there's "Need help with your hub?" — that gives an admin read-only access to your transactions and tasks for 7 days so they can see what you're seeing. They can't change anything, your commission numbers stay hidden, and you can revoke it at any time.
- Nothing is lost. If the phone app plays up, hub.c7realty.net in your browser works exactly the same.
Get notified about deadlines, follow-ups, assigned tasks, and messages. Turn this on separately on each device you use — your phone and your computer. Doing one doesn't cover the other.
On your iPhone Requires iOS 16.4 or newer
- Open Safari and go to hub.c7realty.net, then log in.
- Tap the Share button — the square with an ↑ arrow at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
- Open the app from the new C7 Hub icon on your Home Screen. This matters — notifications only work when you open it from the icon, not from a Safari tab.
- Go to Account → Notification Settings and tap Enable push on this device.
- Tap Allow when your phone asks.
On your computer Chrome on Mac or Windows
- Go to hub.c7realty.net in Chrome and log in.
- When the "Stay on top of your business" prompt appears, click Enable Notifications, then Allow when the browser asks.
- Missed it? Go to Account → Notification Settings and click Enable push on this device.
Make it a desktop app Optional — feels like a real app
- Open hub.c7realty.net in Chrome.
- Click the small install icon at the right end of the address bar (a little screen with a down-arrow). No icon? Chrome menu ⋮ → Cast, Save, and Share → Install page as app…
- Click Install.
- The hub opens in its own window and appears in your Applications / Launchpad — keep it in your Dock like any other app.
- Open it from there and turn on notifications using the steps above.
Choose what you're notified about
Go to Account → Notification Settings to switch individual alerts on or off — task reminders, transaction deadlines, client follow-ups, chat messages, assigned tasks, and more. Everyone controls their own.
Admin
Everyone at your brokerage with access to this app. Deactivating someone signs them out immediately and blocks them from getting back in — their data stays intact, nothing is deleted.

Team Health
A quick health check on each agent's account — recent login and how many records their login can see. Counts only; you won't see whose clients, deals, or tasks these are.

CIMS Report
Per-agent CIMS progress for any period — pick a week, month, quarter, or year (or a custom range). Aggregate counts only; you won't see whose clients or tasks these are. Goals scale to the length of the period.

Notification Settings
Choose what you're notified about. These apply to both the in-app bell and push notifications on your devices. Need help turning these on? →
Vendor Sharing
Share the vendors you trust with the rest of Collection 7. Shared vendors appear in Resources → Vendors for every agent.
Share Forms
Your personal links to the Hub’s public forms. Whatever someone submits is connected to you automatically.
Recommended Vendors
Your own trusted vendors — these appear as friendly suggestions on your buyers' transaction portals. You can list more than one per category (one per line). Leave any blank to show general guidance instead.
Team Mode
Turn this on to assign tasks to teammates and see a Team Tasks list in your sidebar — tasks others assign to you, plus tasks you've assigned to others, with their status. Your clients and transactions stay private either way; this only affects tasks.
Accent Color
Pick an accent color for your view — buttons, tabs, and highlights. The clean white layout stays the same. Unless you set a separate client color below, this is also what your clients see.
Client-Facing Color
The color your clients see on their portal, intake form, offer form and wishlist. Set it separately if your dashboard color isn't the look you want to present.
Dashboard Quote
Customize the handwritten quote under your name on the Dashboard.
Google Calendar
Connect your Google Calendar to see your schedule on the Dashboard and add events directly from here.
Brokerage Logo
Upload a square logo image — it'll appear in the sidebar and dashboard for everyone at the brokerage.
Business Address
The brokerage's office address. Federal law (CAN-SPAM) requires a real postal address in every marketing email, so this appears in the footer of newsletters and mass emails alongside the unsubscribe link. Without it, those emails are not compliant.
Checklist Templates
Build a standard checklist for each transaction type. New transactions of that type will auto-fill with these items instead of starting blank.
Admin/Coordinator Access
Give your transaction coordinator (or assistant) access to your transactions and tasks so they can keep you on track. They'll need their own login. They can never see other agents' work, and your commission, split, referral and TC fees stay hidden from them.
Stuck on something? Let your admin look at your transactions and tasks so they can help you sort it out. They can see, but not change, anything. It ends by itself after 7 days, you can revoke it sooner, and your commission numbers stay hidden throughout.
This is not a transaction coordinator. A coordinator is someone you bring in to work alongside you — their access lasts until you remove it, and you can let them edit your deadlines and tasks. Support access is read-only, lasts a week, and is only for troubleshooting.
