This Privacy Policy explains how the Collection 7 Agent Hub (the "App") collects, uses, and protects information. The App is owned and operated by Rista Technology LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), and is licensed for use by Collection 7 Realty only. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
Who decides what is collected. Collection 7 Realty and its Agents decide what client information to collect and why, and they remain responsible for it. Rista Technology LLC provides and operates the software that stores it, acting as their service provider rather than as an independent user of that information. Section 6 sets out what this means for you as an Agent.
The App is a private customer-relationship tool for real-estate agents affiliated with Collection 7 Realty ("Agents"). Agents enter information about their own clients and transactions. It is not intended for the general public, and it is not directed to children under 13.
Information about your account. To run the App we collect the information needed for your account: your name, email address, role, phone number, and profile details (provided by you or through Google sign-in), plus basic login/session data and preferences stored in your browser.
Information you store in the App. As you work, you enter and store your own business information — your contacts (names, phones, emails, addresses, notes, dates), your transactions, your logged activity (calls, texts, emails, notes, tasks, CIMS check-ins), and, if you choose to connect it, your Google Calendar events.
We do not sell any information. We do not access your stored client, transaction, activity, or calendar data except where you grant temporary support access under Section 5.
We use trusted third parties to run the App. Each processes data only to provide their service:
If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, the App accesses only limited Google data: your basic Google profile and email address (to sign you in) and, only with your explicit consent, your Google Calendar events (to display your own schedule to you inside the App).
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we:
You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account settings or from within the App.
Each Agent's clients, transactions, and activity are private to that Agent through row-level security. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Support access you choose to grant. If you want help with your account, you can give a workspace administrator temporary access from your account settings. When you do:
Your account settings always show whether any access is currently active, who holds it, and when it expires. Expired access falls away automatically and is enforced by the database, not just the screen.
Support access is not the same as a transaction coordinator. If you invite a coordinator to work alongside you, that is a separate arrangement you set up yourself: their access continues until you remove it, and you may choose to let them edit your deadlines and tasks. Support access is read-only, expires after a week, and exists only so someone can help you troubleshoot. The two are listed separately in your account settings.
You are the controller of the client information you store in the App. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store it and to contact those clients (including compliance with applicable calling, texting, and email laws), and for sharing your own privacy practices with your clients as required.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can update or remove contacts and records at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details below and we will process the request.
The App uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as your accent color and layout). It does not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
This Policy is reviewed on a schedule rather than only when something prompts it. It is reviewed at least once every twelve months, and again whenever the App adds or changes a feature that collects, stores, shares, or tracks personal information, or when a privacy law that applies to the App changes.
Each review checks that this Policy still describes what the App actually does, that the list of service providers in Section 4 is current, and that any analytics or tracking technologies in use are disclosed here. The date of the last review is the "Last updated" date above.
